Shipping

We can ship to virtually any physical address in Australia.

All orders delivered by courier (large parcels) are sent with an "Authority to Leave". If you are not home then your delivery will be left at a secure location at the delivery address.

Large items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, sorry!

  • Postage can be calculated by viewing your shopping cart (no, you don't have to enter all your details, just your postcode!)
  • We charge a maximum rate of $17.50 per order for shipping
  • And if you spend $149 or more, shipping is free!

Bags in Motion aims to be price competitive, but we know that postage can quickly eat into your savings. Our products are located in Australia and we use a variety of carriers to ensure your delivery is delivered on time, without damage and in the most economic way.

Our current carriers include Australia Post, Couriers Please, Toll and Star Track Express but these are subject to change. Note that for many products we use the Australia Post calculator to calculate shipping for your order but your product may be sent with a courier company.

We'd also encourage you to take advantage of our 'free delivery if you spend $149' offer. Here's some ideas:

* Buy another item for yourself!
* Buy a present for your family or friends! Who has a birthday coming up?
* Do a group-buy with some friends
* Buy yourself or a friend one of our gift vouchers to the value you need

If the total of your order is $149 or more our software will automatically give you the option of zero  shipping cost.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
